Reach your goals on real projects. The work is the evidence.
A plugin runs inside your coding sessions and records what happened. A hub shows it. A mentor checks a cohort's process; a manager checks a team's progress. Neither has to read the code.
Two ways it is used
Cohorts
People work on their own projects. Mentors check their process. The plugin records the process as it happens, and the dashboard shows it, so a mentor does not have to read code to see how someone is working.
Teams
A team subscribes. Members use the plugin in their projects. The manager watches progress across the team and sees which projects need attention first.
Why the evidence holds
Nothing here asks a person to report on themselves. The plugin sits in the session where the work is done. It keeps a ledger, it gates every “done” on an exit code rather than on a claim, and it banks a map of each commit to the hub. What a mentor or a manager reads is what the session did.
What is running today
- The pluginRuns inside a coding session. Establishes an estate in each project, keeps a ledger, gates “done” on exit codes, and banks each commit's map and a product-management view of the build to the hub.
- The hub and dashboardLive at portal.reach.rest. Cohort and team overviews, cards in needs-attention order, a process headline, the last seven days of banks, and a project detail view with a 33-signal build lens.
- Sign-in for peopleA one-time code sent to your email address. No password.
- Identity for machinesYour machine gets its own token: a device flow at the hub, a 30-day signed token refreshed at the start of each session, revocable at once.
- Orgs, members, projectsAn org is a cohort or a team and carries a plan. A member is an owner, a mentor, a manager or a member. A project is bound to one org, with one owner.
What is not built yet
Signing up and paying on this site are not finished. Today the house owner grants access and creates the org, the member and the project record by hand. Installing the plugin is not self-serve either: our own machines use a per-machine read-only deploy key on a private repository, and the route for customers has not been ruled yet.
